1. CHARTER FEE
Includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 6 cabins, a crew of 4 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, fuel for 4 h of engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, the use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi, VAT of 13%.
2. FOOD OPTIONS
- Half board food option: 490 EUR per pax/week, 70 EUR per pax/day
- Full board food option: 730 EUR per pax/week, 110 EUR per pax/day
*Extra meal charge: 50 € pax/meal.
*Discounts on food options for children: from 0-2 years of age free of charge, from 2-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 - 12 years of age - 30% discount.
3. BEVERAGE OPTIONS
- All-inclusive beverages package - includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, and juices: 280 € pax/week, 40 € pax/day.
- All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package: 140 € pax/week, 20 € pax/day.
*The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. *Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request. The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverage options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.
4. EXTRA COSTS
- Port, marina fees, and anchorages
- National Park and Park of Nature entrances
- Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 €
- Delivery Fee for embarkation/disembarkation in any other port except base port, if "empty leg" caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 €
- Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in the Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee)
- Fuel for tender-operated watersports
- Any other costs not specifically mentioned as included (e.g. transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, guided tours, adverse activities such as scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting, etc.)
OPTIONAL - APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 3,000 EUR
A fixed APA of 3,000 € is suggested to cover additional costs not included in the charter fee, such as mentioned extra costs, shipping agents' fees, customs fees, and any special services or activities requested by the Charter Party during the charter. The APA simplifies the payment process for extra costs, ensuring the client doesn't need to worry about bringing or managing cash at the end of the week. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded to the Charterer after the charter. If expenses exceed the fixed amount, any additional costs will be settled directly with the captain on board. The APA is optional, but if the client chooses not to pay it, they must ensure they have sufficient cash to cover all expenses at the end of the week.
NOTE: Gratuities/tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 10% to 20% of the base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.
Embarkation at 5:00 PM, disembarkation at 9:00 AM, next day turnaround.
